Residents and supporters who turned up for the LCI chairperson nominations at the Mbale Industrial City Division headquarters were left in shock after an aspiring candidate reportedly collapsed and died shortly after completing his nomination.

The deceased has been identified as Ismail Tebirondwa, who was contesting for the LC I chairperson position of Lwakhakha Cell.

Eyewitnesses say the late suddenly collapsed moments after the nomination process, and it is suspected that he suffered a heart attack. Continue Reading...
